In general
Float Studio ApS offers single treatments, vouchers and member-based services that can be booked online at www.floatstudio.dk and physically at the center in Aarhus. The terms apply between the individual user and Float Studio ApS.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Float Studio ApS and one natural person (hereinafter “the User”) regarding the Service. Only persons who are 18 years or older and live in Denmark can enter into an agreement with Float Studio ApS regarding the Service.

These Terms together constitute the agreement that applies between the User and Float Studio ApS.

In order to access the Service, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions of the trade.

The scope of the service
The service gives the User access to Float Studio ApS’s services determined by ordering.

Access to the Service
In order to access the Service, the User must register a user account on the Portal.

Registration and user access
The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. Upon registration, the User may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.

When registering, the User must enter a username and password (hereinafter “Login Information”). User Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.

The user must keep the Login Information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The user is responsible for all use of his user account.

If the User suspects illegal use of the User’s Login Information, the User must immediately notify Float Studio ApS and change his password.

Membership conditions
Fees for the use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the price list in force at any given time, which is available on the website.

Payment for the subscription every month to the first.

The user must make the payment for the subscription via the means of payment offered by Float Studio ApS on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents, and to have at each payment date sufficient funds for payment available via the chosen means of payment.

Adjustments and changes
Float Studio ApS reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions of the Service. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change takes effect. If the User does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it must be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are for the obvious benefit of the User apply immediately without the right of termination for the User.

General conditions for memberships
Through your membership in Float Studio, you purchase 1x monthly float membership, which can be used in the current month. It is not possible to save Floats unless otherwise agreed. Therefore, your float will be lost if you do not use it in the month paid for.

To unsubscribe from your membership, you must do so before D.C. 15 of the month, for it to come into force in the coming month.

You always have the opportunity to pause your membership for up to 2 months without a fee, after which there will be a monthly fee of 49,-. Here you just have to let us know.

Our prices are valid 1 year from the date of purchase.

You always have the option to purchase additional floats in your membership at the same price that you pay per month. Float.

Termination of service may take place at the end of the one-month payment period from the last payment. To terminate your agreement, you must use it, on the front page, indicated link

or contact Float Studio ApS via info@floatstudio.dk.

Float Studio ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ViaBill, Visa Electron, Maestro, JBC, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Float Studio ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.

Float Studio ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

The delivery time for your order is day to day.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Request for use of the right of withdrawal must be given sent by mail info@floatstudio.dk. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Float Studio ApS to assess the condition of the product.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Float Studio ApS, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Float Studio ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Float Studio ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Float Studio ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to info@floatstudio.dk.

On www.floatstudio.dk, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

Log statistics
We use a log statistic on www.floatstudio.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Float Studio ApS’s website.

In the event of a complaint, our email address must be stated: info@floatstudio.dk and the website where you purchased the item.

Cash redemption right
If the gift card is issued free of charge – for example, sponsorship, charity, competition or part of an advertising campaign, the gift card is free of charge and cannot be claimed. If you act as a company customer – issued to business B2B (not as a consumer cf. section 7(1), no. 15 of the Danish Payment Act) – the rule on cash redemption lapses. These cannot be redeemed for cash during or after the validity period, cf. section 6(2) of the Danish Payment Act, cf. section 6(2). Section 96(2).

For cash payment of gift cards to the consumer within the validity period, a fee of up to DKK 50 (for redemption, handling of payment and reconciliation) may be charged.
